Rachel Liebegott

Founder & CEO

Rachel is the founder and owner of Journey Way.  As a woman in long term recovery, she has devoted her work to helping people find themselves in recovery.  She started her work in this field as a program director and has been managing sober living homes since 2016.  Her career path led her to a role in business development in 2020 where she worked tirelessly to help individuals and families affected by addiction, navigate treatment options. Today she is a national executive recovery specialist for a behavioral

health facility.

Rachel is a firm believer in the connection between mind, body and spirit.  In her spare time you can find her working out, being a mom and spending time with family, attending a 12 step meeting, or being of service to her fellowship.

Trish Sorrentino

Resident House Manager

My own path to recovery has been a defining aspect of my life.  I understand the challenges, set backs and joys that come with this Journey, as I too have faced the complexities of addiction.

Its this personal experience that fuels my dedication to helping others find hope and healing.

In addition to my personal journey, I have a solid foundation in addiction recovery. Working as the Lead tech at Magnolia City Detox has provided more education on addiction and how to help those suffering from this deadly disease. Witnessing the growth and progress of our residents is what drives me.  Every day I see individuals taking steps toward rebuilding their lives, mending relationships and discovering their true selves. Its an honor and a privilege to be a part of this process.
